When complaints started coming in about room cleanliness at his hotel, HR Director, Claudio Sit, was confused to say the least. The same trusted employees were still cleaning the rooms, but the quality had suddenly changed.

“We had a very good staff and we couldn't figure out why [this] was happening, and usually with the same ladies. There was hair on the floor and dust in the rooms and we couldn't figure out why.”

“I myself went to the rooms with them and I asked why does this keep happening? Then I discovered that they couldn't see the dirt. I told them we have insurance. We have VSP. You need to go get glasses. And they did. And it became so much better”
